Yeah! Pan-fried smelt.
Dipped in egg and panko bread crumbs, then thrown into the hot buttered skillet.
Florets and corn.

Again with the Chinatown
I try a new place each time I eat in Chinatown (Chicago)
Cantonesia right on Cermak.
General Tso's Chicken was delicately fried with light breading.
It was delicious, prepared with green peppers, hot peppers, carrots, and hmmm...
Some small unknown root-type chunklets were a tasty addition.
Also, the Egg Fu Yung was indeed very very good.

Great place to see all the sweets!
Perfect! Poking fun at hundreds of trade names in one place.
Some are pretty cool. A lot are way-too-contrived.
The names we liked the most?
Spitz and WhipperSnacker
The name we liked the least?
Vermints.
The expo will be renamed as the Sweets & Snacks Expo next year.
